Le maggiori richieste di comfort e conducibilità, nonché misure per proteggere il cambio richiedono smorzatori torsionali estremamente potenti.

Funzione

Con volano bimassa LUK si impiega una curva a più fasi. La prima fase con sospensioni morbide assicura avviamento e arresto del motore eccellenti. Con la seconda fase a sospensioni più rigide si ottiene, durante il normale funzionamento, un isolamento perfetto delle vibrazioni torsionali.
