Los platos de presión del embrague SACHS Performance se distinguen de un plato de presión de serie convencional por su alta transmisión del par motor y una mayor resistencia a la carga de empuje. Dependiendo de las necesidades, se utilizan con diferentes discos.
Gracias a una liberación del embrague más rápida, es posible un cambio de las marchas propio de un deportivo. Eso hace que sea especialmente adecuado para la puesta a punto en carretera, para carreras de larga distancia y de montaña (como por ejemplo del Grupo N), y para los veh ículos que con frecuencia deben soportar su peso máximo.

Los conocimientos, la gestión de calidad, as í como las tecnolog ías y los métodos de producción de los deportes de motor, se incorporan a los productos para su uso en carretera.

ZF Race Engineering es socio colaborador tecnológico de todos los equipos de deportes de motor de renombre, tales como la Fórmula 1, el DTM (Campeonato Alemán de Turismos), y varias competiciones monomarca, as í como de los más importantes y exclusivos fabricantes de automóviles.
